Poertner Consulting Group (PCG) has worked with public, privately held and non-profit organizations for almost 15 years. In the beginning, the company delivered a wide range of services all geared towards helping an organization and its leaders take their excellence to the next level.
Through facilitation of group processes, strategic planning, team development and executive coaching, PCG served a variety of industries: finance, energy, research, advertising, manufacturing, publishing, insurance, telecommunications, and agri-business.
In 2000, PCG began to offer the award winning training programs from VitalSmarts' and over time have shifted to this being the lion's share of the work we do with clients. You can read more about our training and the results here.
